Not sure how much this will help, but try adding these lines in your CONFIG.FPW file. If one is not present in your app folder then create one.

TMPFILES=C:\TEMP
BLOCKSIZE=0
RESO=OFF

Note:Ensure there are no spaces around the "=" and that the the local TEMP folder exists on all affected machines.
