I would say that your priorities are skewed. You think that having a decent road so you can drive your new car (which you probably bought thanks to your education) is basic stuff from the government? I would rank education, justice, security and health care way up than having a nice road so I can safely drive my car thru all the villages of poor, unhealthy and uneducated people
