>CB Radios used to "require" a license too, but no one purchased them so they dropped the requirement. I've got a pair of rechargeable radios we used at night so our officers could talk to each other on warrant attempts. We could also hear the gangsters talking on them too. I use these same radios when hunting. I don't have a license, nor do I intend to give the government any money to squander in this regard. Buy the radios and worry not!
