Presumably you get shut of the extra pillow when you go bye-byes. I find the same problem watching TV with my varifocals, but I prop them on the end of my nose, as I don't like the double-chin feeling of having my head tipped forward.

I can't speak for all the others! We do have sort of V-shaped pillows for such as eating in bed, etc.

Don't ask them! The Cornish are still sleeping on hay beds, with logs for pillows! :-)
