Ugh! Just think of it - The USA and the USE. You're right about the loose definition of "Europe" e.g. Turkey wants in. Mind you, if China's to join, I'd rather be with 'em than agin 'em in the next few decades, when THEY have all the wealth and power, and become the world's ONLY super-power.
