I have the following data in Access database:

CityCount City          State

7	  Albany	NEW YORK
1	  Albertson	NEW YORK
3	  Arverne	NEW YORK
10	  Astoria	NEW YORK
1	  Baldwin	NEW YORK
5	  Bayside	NEW YORK
1	  Bellerose	NEW YORK
1	  Binghamton	NEW YORK
1	  Brewster	NEW YORK
3	  Briarwood	NEW YORK

I want to make the following report


Arizona California New York
AZCity1 5 CACity1 8 NYCity1 1
AZCity2 43 CACity2 12 NYCity2 15

I also want to put state name vertically at the bottom. In other words, I'd like to give statistics for each state, list cities for the state with their counts. I need to do it for the two open pages of the book, e.g page1 state1-stateN and page2 stateN+1 StateM, where M is the last state. I'm not sure how to achieve my goal and what tool to use. I tried Excel Pivot table, but could not get data as I need. I have VFP8 at home, but not sure, if I can create such report there.

What would you suggest me to do?
