Hello guys.

I have a problem with the Windows Installer Service. Everytime i want to right-click disk C: or any other partition on my PC, windows installer messagebox always come out and tried to "repair" some problems with my ROXIO EASY CD & DVD CREATOR 6, I unnistalled this program, MS OFFICE was next. Everytime i try to open MS Office i get this Windows Installer error, this happens with other softwares as well.

The error i get is this: "The Windows Installer Service could not be accesed. This can ocurr if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed". I'm not running in safe mode.

I already tried a few restores on my system and it's still very annoying. the thing is my PC crashes everytime this happens. What can i do?? this is very annoying. Running Win XP Pro with Service Pack 2.
