While Sergey and Hilmar have given you the answer to your question, I'd make a recommendation. Don't let the user open the same form more than once. IMO, you're asking for trouble if you do. I'd loop through the forms collection before trying to instantiate the form to see if it already exists. If it does, I'd activate that form. If not, then I'd run it.
