Depends on how you look at it. If you choose to hearing bigotry, then that's what you'll hear... I guess it true that you'll hear what you want to hear.

I once heard an African Amercian say that the good thing slavery did for his family was that it brought them to the United States where they can NOW live without all the crap that's going on in Africa. Was he saying that slavery is good? Of course not. It would be crazy to think that way.

I also heard a Jewish man say he wanted to thank Hitler because if not for him he and and his famliy wouldn't be in America. Was he actually honoring Hitler? I think not.
