My programmers don't like it too, but this is real life
I said them that we have two choices
- to offer qualified services(thay have to study everything new and to apply it in their work)
- to offer cheap services(according me this is not possible, because they like to earn larger salaries) and in this case we have to compete with firms with cheap ulnlimited supply of labor, which is not possible in smalll country like myown
You are correct we have two diffrent points according our role :-)
