Ric,
actually the application that I am working also will have an enviroment controlled like yours. I am web enabling a windows app (Foxpro). So you are using Dreamweaver and VS? How do you integreate pages into your VS project?
Thanks,
William
>Well, if users need to use this particular app I am working on I just pop a warning if js is not enabled on the browser. Fortunately for me this is going to work on a controlled environment, but it would be easy to set a hidden control that verifies that the js validation ran, then the server would only have to check the value of that field before validating on the server side. The problem that I have encountered is with the postbacks and the smartnavigation (it is crazy!!!), so I decided to put as much as I can on the client side.
