Mike, you can't remove ReadOnly property for folders. That's how WinXP behave. All folders are marked as read only (I don't know why), but when you remove ReadOnly from folder and apply changes, this removes ReadOnly attribute from files. So don't worry about ReadOnly property of the folders, just check if some files have this attribute set.
