Did you happen to see my other post to Terry? (Message#1058707) Are you saying that this is normal behaviour for a combobox ... simply taking advantage of the When() event causes different behaviour?

I looked at the message.

When you say that "taking advantage of the ehen() event causes different behavior" - what do you mean? Different from what?

The only difference between the first run and the second is adding a Return .T. in the where() clause of the combobox.

You did not post any code in that message so I have no idea what you are talking about. Furthermore, a combo box does not have a where() clause, so now I am really confused.
