I've had several problems with Brinkster.

For one, you'll occasionally not be able to get to your site, data contains no document. This isn't frequent, but a pain in the ass when it happens.

Secondly, since I've been with them they've rewritten their UI for management 3 times. Everytime it gets progressively worse.

They're not the best, but they're cheap, so some of my sites will remain on there.
