I have never tried a "health food" pizza, but I would be willing to try. I am a very big fan of pizza (I lived on it in college <s>). I love trying new pizza places and I love trying my own recipies. I think the best pizza I have ever had was from a pizza place called Yonas in Tromsø (a city in the Kingdom of Norway). The sauce was made of a mix between Benaise (spelling?) and regular pizza sauce (little sweet) and toppings were shredded beef (not ground beef) and onion and lots of Norwegian cheese. The pizza was kind of similar to Domino's Steak Lover's pizza but that comparison does not give justice to the pizza I had in Norway. Norwegian cheese is IMHO the best pizza cheese in the world (especially Jarlsberg).
Hmm I am getting hungry. I think I'll make pizza tonight. lol

I don't think I have seen any Mellow Mushroom around these here parts of the country, but I'll keep my eyes open. I am sure I will take my family on a road trip to South Carolina again in the spring.
