I've never been 'exit polled'.
Years ago I said to myself that if I ever was I'd just tell the to get stuffed because it's none of their business.

Since them I decided I'd tell them, with a serious face, my least favoured candidate on the list.

So I agree that exit polls are useless, and it is my intention to keep it that way < s >

cheers

>It passed the same way George Bush became President of the U.S. for a 2nd time. The majority voted for it regardless of what they professed to the public to want. Exit polls in any country are useless. People will state one thing publicly and vote an entirely different way. Wonder how that keeps happening? Either that or every democracy in the world is corrupt and we might as well go back to a feudal society :o)

>>>According to the BBC, 78% of the nation's voters approved it. It got at least two-thirds opposition in two mostly-Sunni provinces, but failed to get 2/3 against in a third province, which was necessary to defeat it. In strongly-Sunni Ninevah, 45% voted FOR it, assuring its passage.

>>Well, 78% looks great but I have concerns.
>>
>>It is nice to know that the majority in Iraq approved the constitution. Now the Sunni and Shia can kiss and make up.
>>
>>Interesting results:
>>
>>Kurds 98% yes
>>
>>The Sunni areas:
>>Anbar 96% No
>>Salahuddin 81% No
>>Nineveh 55% No
>>
>>
>>From the BBC: “US President George W Bush welcomed news of the result as fresh proof that Iraqis meant to ‘build a democracy united against extremism and violence’.”
>>
>>From the above results it seems that we should invest more effort in making the Kurds a democracy. However, if the Kurds do become independent, Turkey and Iran promised to invade!
>>
>>My oh my, there is nothing like bringing stability and democracy to the whole world, one country at a time.
>>
>>By the way the terms liberal and conservative are extremely subjective titles with no substance. There have been many television programs recently about how conservative the media is and why. Now where is that Bell Curve? :)
