When I'm editing report and changing size of (for example) rectangle using SHIFT and left/up/down/right arrows, I see that rectangle's height or width is changing by 0.03 (sometimes by 0.02).
Is it possible to set it to 0.01 or somehow set exact height or width of rectangle?

Interesting... For me it does use roughly 0.01". This should be because the SHIFT actually tweaks the object by increments of pixels, which in 96 DPI would be 0.0104"

You're using a measurement unit of Centemetres, aren't you? <grin>. Yeah, 1 pixel will give you an increment of about 0.03cm.
