Has anyone compared some of the various refactoring tools available for VS.NET?

I've used the trial version of JetBrains Refactor under VS.NET 2003 and liked some of the functionality it added. For example, the fact that it caught a lot of mistakes even before a recompile was nice. Reorganizing namespaces also seemed to work pretty well. I didn't really get a chance to use some of it's other refactoring tools, though. I guess I didn't use it long enough to learn all of the various shortcuts. Ultimately, I ended up uninstalling it before the end of trial because the overhead of the tool drove me nuts (e.g. intellisense was noticably slower w/Refactor than by default).

I've played around with VS.NET 2005 during the beta - the new intellisense stuff is pretty cool . I'm sure I'll be upgrading to it shortly (as soon as I can get them to download the ISO images for me at work). Any thoughts as to how it (built-in intellisense/refactoring) compares to some of the third party tools?

I'm primarily using C#, but I'm doing support for our website which was done with VB.NET.

I know other people have/use/like Refactor!. I've watched the little video of it's functionality and it looks pretty good.

Thoughts?
