I use CodeRush and Refactor! and I love it. Refactor! is damn cool and provides many features that VS2005 does not provide and its much quicker and easier to use. CodeRush is much smarter about many operations than VS2005 is and it's much slicker to look at as well <g>. But VS2005 also does a few things that Refactor doesn't do (global replace specifically). They are a good compliment...
The only thing that bugs me about CodeRush/Refactor is that there's no easy way to turn it off (say for presentations) or in the occasional really large code document when it gets slow...
