It depends on the circumstances. Over here if I can understand what someone is saying and I can help (does'nt happen frequently but when I can help I do) I don't mind about the written message. I take into consideration that the UT is an IT place. I don't mean that the way things are written are not important but as I said earlier it depends on the circumstances.

So I'll ry to help as fast as I can so everybody's happy.

You should let the crew know about this. Perhaps they don't really know about that and they could decide to hire someone to work on that.
