Actually I'm doing an app for the wholesale food industry and I'm going to do a module for inventory.

Where did you guys get information/instruction about how to do a proper inventory control program? Ex: What fields should I keep track of (on-hand, available, anything else?) How they should interact with POs and SOs, Invoices, etc.
