Hi,

I realize that I attempted this yesterday. I get as far as the "Choose Columns" dialog with the table in the "Available Tables and Columns" box with a "+" to its left.

However, trying to expand the "+" results in no columns showing. My guess is that it is related to the same problem of not being able to "read" the table.

So, being unable to select any of the columns within the table (of which there are 25), I cannot build a query.

Looks like we are hitting a dead end on all fronts.

I have been scouring the web for possible solutions. Some point to the folder where the file resides as being read only, but I know that is not the case. I have also made sure that I have the appropriate permissions within the folder and I do (I am an administrator of my machine).

I have attempted to reset the password from within Access by openning the table exclusively, but it doesn't seem to have a password assigned.

Vince
