My hours are come and go as I please, usually in by 6:30 or earlier to beat traffic, out by 16:00 (4pm) unless there is a problem where I have been known to stay late or to go home for the day and be called back in for a production emergency at midnight (maybe once or twice a year I have to do that). Not bad a deal at all.

Gives you lots of time in the day to board up your house for the next hurricane :-)
