I'd say you're wrong in this statement.
All kinds of western governments have criticized the problems of human rights in countries run by dictators or under communism or fascism. This amounts to expressing a need for the democratization of those countries criticized.
But only the U.S. has taken the step of trying to FORCE "democracy" into any place.
How do you feel about the U.S.'s and most other first-world countries kow-towing to COMUNIST China for the sake of the almighty buck? So on the one hand the U.S. forces "democracy" into places yet on the other hand they encourage communism and help it develop further!
And don't give me the "we'll get around to them" business, because that would just represent another example of the U.S. turning on a 'friend'.
