>Ok here it is. I have an IE OLE on a form, displaying the files in a directory. Simple enough. In Win2003 and Win2000, everything looks good, a simple box, no way to navigate away from it, perfect. But in WinXP (pro to be exact) It first appears with the WEB view and the WEB Blue bar on the left. Then, after I click say, My Computer on the WEB Blue Bar on the left, it turns into just the classic looking box and no way to navigate. How can I possibly control this behavior on a distributed program WITHOUT changing the client's systems settings? And furthermore, why does this happen anyways? Is it because the WEB view is turned on in that particular folder? If so, how can I override this setting so I get only the classic view from the begiining?

Please explain why you use the IE OLE, If I understand your need correctly, I would recommend GETFILE(), LOCFILE() or PUTFILE().
