I need a thumbnail or icon view of documents in a particular directory, that is tied to a record in the DB. This directory is where scanned legal documents are located. I need the users to only see the documents pertaining to this record. Each record has it's own documents directory. This way, no matter what format the document is in, and the format will be different in every case, the user simply needs to double click the icon to view it, print it, etc.

I do not want the user to be able to navigate away from this location at all. This will prevent many user errors.

Again, it works in WIN2K3 & WIN2K but not in WINXP, or at least, it does not work very well.
