At my previous employer I had 26 vacation days and 10 holidays (I had many years of service). I now have 15 days vacation and 10 holidays because I am now at 5 years of employment. I think 1 week the first year, 2 weeks a year thereafter, 3 wees at 5 years, 4 at 10, etc is pretty much standard in the corporate environment. OF course none of that includes sick days which I get up to 40 days a year. Some corps are combining it all into paid days off (and reducing the total) but we haven't done that yet.
