Uh, you really have no control over what view comes up in the browser. That's based on the user's settings of the system I believe, so it will vary...

And you can still navigate off by using the folders to navigate up the tree...

I'm not sure if that's really buying you anything over using GetFile()... certainly it's a non-standard way to display a file selection dialog to a user <g>...
