One key question is what error message do you get when trying to open your form? Instead of trying to recreate the form, you could open it as a table and look for the records with the objname matching your pageframe. Then delete that record, and probably the pages and objects as well from the screen table.

To open a screen (.scx) as a table, type use ? at the command window, and in the resulting dialog box change the filename to *.SCX.

Remember to pack the screen after you dlete the problematic pageframe.
