Even the WMD report said he was bent on reacquiring them, even nuclear. The fact they didn't find any, doesn't prove there weren't any.

But wanting isn't having. I this most people would agree that Saddam wanted WMDs. The question is whether he had them, and all the evidence seems to indicate that in the timeframe we're discussing, he didn't.
