>>Correctamundo! Why move what you've already moved (during the six month's prior to the invasion). It is totally illogical to believe Saddam was not intent on obtaining WMDs. Even the WMD report said he was bent on reacquiring them, even nuclear. The fact they didn't find any, doesn't prove there weren't any.

Tamar,

If you knew someone had a gun in a drawer, and you had one in your hand, and they told you they were going to get the gun from the drawer and kill you, at what point would you shoot them? Or would you try counselling?

There is still no proof that he didn't have WMDs. Even the WMD report said they couldn't confirm that WMDs weren't moved prior to the invasion (which took six months) but there was HEAVY truck traffic out of Iraq during the six months leading up to the invasion. Isn't it reasonable to believe they were cleansing and scrubbing the WMDs and transporting them out so the evidence would not be found? I think so. You know the country is about the size of Texas, I am told, and I belive one could hide a bunch of stuff in a country that would never be found.

I believe y'all (democrats) are just clinging to any shred of an argument about all this because you are still mad over the last two elections.

Bottom line, we are there, we need to stabilize the country, then withdraw to Iran.
