Actually, I've known this one for decades as a Bosnian joke - Mujo (nickname from Muhamed, I suppose) is trying to impress Fata (from Fatima), and driving past her window.

In a similar vein, he's riding a facy motorbike around and each time he passes his friends he yells "does anyone else have this type of Kawasaki?". They're trying not to pay attention to him, but after a dozen passes one yells "I have, so what?". Next pass, he yells "where are the brakes?".
