Thanks for the response. I wasn't even aware of a _MFI_PGSET. I went to the help and it wasn't listed in the system menu names. I found it as a reserved word but nothing else. I'll give it a try and see what happens.

>Actually, Ed, if a report is open (even in executable) and on top you can access this using _MFI_PGSET. The problem here is getting it to activate when you want. I haven't had time to play around with it, but I think the solution probably involves pushing the main menu on the stack, replacing the file menu. Using a timer, I'd do the management of the PUSH/POP operation.
