Ed, the problem I found was that if a report wasn't opened, but you had a text file open, when this option is selected nothing happens. This type of behavior isn't acceptable. In other words the report designer has to be WONTOP() (if you get my meaning). I'm considering a workaround for this involving what I mentioned previously.
