Pablo,

the thing is that many of us know of these sources, most of which are illegal, but we keep our mouth shut in order NOT to spread the news, and to support the writers. Only if I knew for sure that the stuff was put on the net legally, I would mention it to others. I am really sorry to understand that you don't share that attitude!

>The text for that book, has been available in the internet for quite a few years. It is not new in the WWW. Kevin Goff, who apparently knows the publisher, will likely get the information that will bring clarity to this matter, but until then... I submit to you, however, that by action or consent, the publishers did in fact allow or place this text in the public domain or for public use. I also believe that if this text were not allowed to be in the public domain, the whole community would've heard of it by now.

>>Pablo,
>>I'm not sure I understood you exactly.
>>I have reason to question the legitimacy of that web address and its contents. That book didn't come out of nowhere to that address. Authors have spent considerable time to provide it and if time is money they have spent a lot of money to make such a resource available to community. Selling it, is asking for financially supporting such resources. Those authors AFAIK wouldn't bother much if they didn't earn a single penny but would they then want to write another? Yes, they might as a gift to community but it should be up to their own decisions. OTOH they already do anything they can for the community, for free, on support forums.
>>It's a good resource, I agree. What I don't agree is using it without permission and urge others to use. It wouldn't be a matter if only book owners use that site.

>>>I have no reason that would lead me to question the legitimacy of that web address and its contents.

>>>I use use it myself periodically, and urge other newbies to use it also!!! It is a good resource.

>>>Furthermore, I would also urge that newbies purchase "The Fundamentals..." from Hentzenwerke. That is a superb resource.
