The Universal Thread Personality of the Year is a recognition for the effort given by individuals on the Universal Thread. This relates to the recognition of the effort which took place during the year which could be in regards to various aspects that anyone from the community would judge valid for such a recognition.

Additionally to that statment, I could add that this is probably one of our simplest survey we have ever released. It's really simple. A member select up to three nominees per the related forums. The participation is on a volunteer basis. There is no obligation to fill all three selections. There are no rule, no agreement, no signed contract, nothing, in regards to this survey nor is there any use to have some of that except for that statement on top which lays out its purposes. It is done within the same context as it was run the first three years. There is nothing new in regards to its general layout. So, if you think someone or multiple individuals contributed something good for the Universal Thread community and related topics in the last year, feel free to participate.
