So now can you finally tell us....

Is the caption "Review" used on a field that summarizes something for the purpose of informing the user (in which case the user should not be able to edit other than possibly to indicated they have indeed read it) or is the field to contain a review of something (like a movie or a product or a person's performance, etc) in which case it is the place where the information must be typed?
