Most eula's are as clear as mud to me, I virtually never was able to see a question anwered in there. I just use the software as I think it should be used. If I'm wrong, lets see how american companies are going to sue me over something that should be more obvious than a unreadable written english document, while I'm just a citizen of another country where different copyright laws might overrule the EULA's.
