On the DevCon CD it says that the information on it is copyright and cannot be reproduced.

Speakers are probably able to post their work with permission from Advisor, who will have paid them as apeakers and presumably hold some kind of reproduction rights form the materials prepared for their conference.

I know that FoxTalk (Pinnacle) allow reproduction by the authors provided that the magazine is credited.
After a due interval of course, so the value of the magazine isn't damaged :)

I presume the same applies to the conference materials, but I'm just guessing - not being a presenter (or likely to be).
