I was only expressing an opinion and only said that pageframes typically work better. Personally I wouldn't use an app where I was constantly having to scroll an input form around all day. For some UIs it might be appropriate, I've not worked on an app yet where it was appropriate. I do have two client apps in development now where we require them to be able to run the video display at 1024x768, which is hardly a constraint on new systems.
