Pittsburg and most of the industrialized cities of the north and northeast are relatively clean. Our cars are running cleaner. It's a very unusual sight to see a car belching smoke these days. Having a bunch of scientist and politicians from third world countries dictate to the US is totally wrong and I thank God our presidents (Even slick Willie) haven't signed off on this joke.
While I definitely agree with you (I believe a lot of global-warming theory is based on junk science), there are days like today when you can see the layer of smog sitting over Houston.
