I have something weird since I have installed SP1. This can also be related to the install of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Those are the only two components that have been installed since I started to experience this problem. Basically, if I shutdown my four instances of WWC/VFP servers on the Windows Server 2000, some of the most used files remain accessed by IIS. I cannot open them exclusive even if I do IISRESET /STOP. In order to release the file, I have to go in Services and Stop the World Wide Web Publishing service from there. So, at this point, I am not sure if this is related to the service pack or to the new framework. The reason this can be associated to the new framework is that I have a Web Service that is making use of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and that opens the table I am trying to use. But, I don't think it is related to the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 because one of the table I cannot open exclusive is not used in the Web Service. So, it seems to be related to SP1. Anyone has experienced that situation that a file is still in used despite the fact that everything has been closed?
