Hi,
Run filemon from http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Filemon.html and see what still has it's hooks into it.
Also check if caching has been turned back on, the system may not have written the cache back to disk yet.

>I have something weird since I have installed SP1. This can also be related to the install of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Those are the only two components that have been installed since I started to experience this problem. Basically, if I shutdown my four instances of WWC/VFP servers on the Windows Server 2000, some of the most used files remain accessed by IIS. I cannot open them exclusive even if I do IISRESET /STOP. In order to release the file, I have to go in Services and Stop the World Wide Web Publishing service from there. So, at this point, I am not sure if this is related to the service pack or to the new framework. The reason this can be associated to the new framework is that I have a Web Service that is making use of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and that opens the table I am trying to use. But, I don't think it is related to the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 because one of the table I cannot open exclusive is not used in the Web Service. So, it seems to be related to
>SP1. Anyone has experienced that situation that a file is still in used despite the fact that everything has been closed?
