Thanks for the reply. Please note that this is a second reply to your post.

I am looking at technical white papers regarding Windows 2003 Terminal Services and noted several references to the IE Enhanced Security Settings. Would you know on top of your head if this is something worth looking at too?

Also, I looked at the default settings for Windows 2003 services, is there a service that I need to specifically start that is turned off by default?
