That's why I asked. If it's just one school - not national law - then no biggee. One of my sisters-in-law is a school teacher, and it is amazing the whacko stuff parents complain about.

Yep, you see a lot of that here too. I think it is mostly ignorance of flag etiquette (lotta good ole' boys suffer the same problem), but for the people that do it deliberately, I don't have much patience for them. Don't like the US? Go home. Of course, the Mexicans might argue that Texas was theirs first :o
