I installed a new version a few weeks ago and had some irritants with the new version.
Today I found the time to report them as a problem and a suggestion.
So I went through the procedure for the problem first, and all appread fine, so I proeeded with the suggestion.

With it done/submitted I took the time to read the output page a bit more carefully. I found, to my surprise and with no clear indication (red lettering or something audible or whatever) that my suggestion had not been submitted BECAUSE THE FAQ OFFERED HELP FOR KEYWORDS IN MY MESSAGE@!#@$!#@

Trouble is, I had been through the FAQ and some other document and did not find the answer to my particular issue.
So I went and checked the status of my help requests (offered on the same page) and found that I had no help requests pending. Which means that it disregarded my first too@!#@$!#@$!#@$!#@$!#@$!#@$!#@$!#

Sometimes I'm ashamed to associate myself with "computers"!
