But no one told me an object could be used:-(.

I thought the data had to go through some sort ISAPI process. I don't think an HTTP SEND or REQUEST can pass a "classed" object as a parameter (yet). But if you're not going through an ISP with or using something newer than VFP 6, the the "Container" solution is the one - and XML2Cursor will probably do the trick.
