Does Symantec have issues with VFP programs opening CDO or exercising registry functions (ex:RegCreateKeyEx,WNetGetUser or RegOpenKeyEx).

My tester is using a "corporate" Symantec license - and it doesn't like these lines of code:

The reason I say this is that the program - as it attempts to load it crashes with "errhand.prg" not found. The procedure file that contains "errhand.prg" is not opened (SET PROC TO ADDITIVE) until a few lines after these lines and just before a read events.
