In addition to what Jim suggested, I have a remote workstation that has MS Outlook loaded, checking for emails every 10 minutes. I've set up Rules in Outlook to respond to a particular email address which in turn runs a VFP9 program that extracts XML attachments and processes them into a FPD2.6 app.
