Clearly it would be a good thing if the visual designers supported some ability to build DE subclasses and drop them onto a form. The effort required now is just silly. I can't understand why it's such a problem to allow custom subclasses to be used in all container classes like PageFrame et. al. but whatever it is that's what limits having a more easily used DE subclass.
